Return & Refund Policy

At Nimroz Pakistan, your satisfaction is our priority. We stand behind the quality of our skincare products and want every purchase to be a positive experience. Please read this policy carefully before placing your order.

Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • The product was received damaged, defective, or broken.

  • You received the wrong product (different from what you ordered).

  • The product is unopened and unused, in its original sealed packaging.

  • The return request is made within 7 days of receiving your order.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Products that have been opened, used, or partially consumed.

  • Products returned without original packaging or missing accessories.

  • Items purchased during a clearance or final-sale event.

  • Orders where the return request is made after 7 days of delivery.

  • Free gifts or promotional items included with an order.

How to Request a Return

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

Step 1 — Contact Us: Reach out via WhatsApp or email within 7 days of receiving your order. Provide your order number, the product name, and a clear photo of the issue.

Step 2 — Approval: Our team will review your request within 1–2 business days and confirm whether your return is approved.

Step 3 — Ship the Product: If approved, we will provide a return address. Pack the item securely in its original packaging. Return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless the product was damaged or incorrect.

Step 4 — Refund Processing: Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will process your refund within 5–7 business days.


Refund Options

Upon approval of your return, you may choose one of the following:

  • Full refund to your original payment method (bank transfer / EasyPaisa / JazzCash).

  • Store credit valid for 60 days on your next Nimroz purchase.

  • Exchange for the same product (subject to availability).

Note: Cash-on-delivery (COD) orders are eligible for store credit or exchange only. Bank refunds are available for prepaid orders.


Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong product, we take full responsibility. Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will arrange a free replacement or full refund with no return required in most cases.
