We are committed to delivering your Nimroz skincare products safely and on time, all across Pakistan. Please review our shipping details below.

Delivery Coverage

We ship to all cities and towns across Pakistan, including major cities such as Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Peshawar, Quetta, Multan, Faisalabad, and all remote areas served by our courier partners.

Shipping Charges

  • Free delivery on all orders — no minimum order required.

  • Cash on Delivery (COD) is available nationwide at no extra charge.

  • Prepaid orders via bank transfer, EasyPaisa, or JazzCash are also accepted.

Processing Time

All orders are processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days of order confirmation. Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

You will receive an order confirmation via WhatsApp or SMS once your order is placed, and a dispatch notification with tracking details once your parcel is shipped.

Estimated Delivery Times

Major cities (Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, etc.): 2–4 business days

Other cities and towns: 3–5 business days

Remote and rural areas: 5–7 business days

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, or high-demand seasons such as Eid or sale events.

Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, we will share a tracking number via WhatsApp. You can use this to track your parcel directly on the courier's website. For any tracking issues, contact our support team.

Failed Deliveries

If a delivery attempt fails due to an incorrect address or unavailability of the recipient, our courier partner will attempt redelivery. After two failed attempts, the parcel may be returned to us. In such cases:

  • We will contact you to arrange re-shipment. Re-shipping fees may apply.

  • COD orders that are refused at the door without valid reason may result in the customer being blocked from future COD orders.

Lost or Missing Parcels

In the rare event that your parcel is lost in transit, please contact us within 10 days of the expected delivery date. We will investigate with our courier partner and either reship your order or issue a full refund.
